PREVIOUS TENANT REVIEW:
Having lived in this lovely garden flat I can highly recommend this property to any perspective tenants.  The flat is extremely private, warm, clean and bright and as single woman living on my own, safety and security was of paramount importance to me and this flat more than met my requirements.  The street itself is quiet and leafy and although it’s only a moments’ walk to the Fausse sacoche lv hustle and bustle of Kilburn High road, it feels like it is tucked away and this adds to the feeling of safety.

Nearby Kilburn High Road has all the benefits and conveniences you would expect of a busy high road and its transport links are second to none.  Kilburn Tube stop is a stone’s throw from the flat and Bronsbury Overground is a minutes’ walk from Kilburn Tube.  There is a terrific bus service (which I predominantly used as it was so handy and cheap) and 15 minute walk up to beautiful West Hampstead brings you to the Thameslink. 
My tenancy was a very enjoyable and easy one.  Any requests I had, were dealt with promptly and efficiently by the Landlord who is a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.   I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone and am very sad to have had to leave it prematurely.
